KG Elite Performance's National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) course is the leading Professional Certification Course in Strength & Conditioning for fitness professionals. Internationally recognized and delivered by leaders in the field who have worked for years in professional sport, it has been the course of choice for over 1,500 fitness professionals over the last 5 years.

The NCSC course is made up of Phase 1&2 courses (each x4 days in duration) followed by the NCSC Certification exam. The NCSC Course provides participants with the same methodology and training techniques which our tutors have used to train professional athletes at World Cups, Championships and Olympic Games.
