Course Overview:


KG Elite Performance Phase 2 Course provides participants with the opportunity to learn from coaches who have worked with athletes who have competed at International competitions, World Cups and Olympic Games. Whether training elite athletes, junior athletes or amateur athletes, learning the unique KG Elite Performance methodology will help you raise your level to become an elite Strength & Conditioning coach.

The Phase 2 Course expands on our S&C system of training established on the Phase 1 Course. Advanced theoretical and practical sessions focus on movement skills, linear speed, strength and power, energy systems development (ESD), and recovery/regeneration strategies. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues and the art of coaching.

Phase 2 - Strength & Conditioning Content:

  1. Sports rehabilitation fundamentals
  2. Movement Compensation Screen (MCS 2 & 3)
  3. Advanced corrective exercises
  4. Olympic lifting - snatch & derivative exercises
  5. Movement preparation for upper & lower extremity
  6. Max velocity sprinting
  7. Agility for games based players
  8. Plyometrics II
  9. Energy system development (ESD) II
  10. Advanced programming & periodisation strategies

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Course fees are non-refundable. Once an applicant has registered for a course, they have committed to participation on this course. Requests to change course registration from one course to another must be made by email at least 14 days before the course start date. Requests made less than 14 days before the course start date will incur a €50 rescheduling fee. Should KG Elite Performance cancel the course, for whatever reason, registrants will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
